Eric Schat’s Bakery is located in Bishop, just down the hill from Mammoth.
You can catch this place coming or going to Mammoth. I recommend you do both.
At first the selection is a bit overwhelming. Everything here is top quality and delicious. We really enjoyed the apple fritter and almond croissant.
